The job, not the building
Fit-out, maintenance and installation run on quotes and hours, the same way air con and electrical do. Head contracting does not. Progress claims, retentions and a QBCC licence for a builder are a different file. We do not take that file.

Site hours that never made the quote

A subcontractor invoice is easy to see. Materials sitting for a job that has not billed yet are not. The bank can look full while both are waiting. We pull GST, PAYG, super and wages out of that balance so you know what is actually yours to spend.
